Any individual, partnership, association or corporation in good standing, engaged, as a principal, in the F.O.B. export of grains or oilseeds in the United States and/or the Dominion of Canada, and that is not a state controlled enterprise, is eligible for full membership.
Associate membership is open to any individual, partnership, association or corporation in good standing, which has an interest in the export of grains or oilseeds in the United States and/or in the Dominion of Canada, and is actively promoting the purposes and goals of the North American Export Grain Association.

NAEGA membership is based upon a calendar-year billing cycle for a full year of dues and fees. Our billing year starts in January and is accounted for on a monthly accrual. New members joining during the year pay a full year of membership dues and fees upon acceptance into membership. That member’s billing on the next annual cycle is then credited to reflect the number of months the member has paid for in advance. Future full year billing cycles will then begin in January of each subsequent year. NAEGA membership dues and fees are established consistent with an annual budget as approved by the Board of Directors. The NAEGA budget as well as the financial reports are available and subject to member input.
For 2023 all NAEGA members (both Full and Associates) are asked to pay a $US 6000 fee for membership. Joint Ventures of full members are welcome to join as associate members. Full members (exporting principles) are also asked to pay a self-determined fee based on previous year exported volume from North America. The current schedule for export fees is:
