NAEGA 2 FOB Contract and Addendum No. 1 Revisions Effective as of Today
The North American Export Grain Association (NAEGA) announces that the revisions to the NAEGA Contract No. 2 Free On Board (FOB) Export Contract (“NAEGA 2”) and Addendum No. 1, are now effective.
Any NAEGA 2 contract, or contract using NAEGA 2 terms, negotiated and signed from this date forward is assumed to incorporate the provisions set forth in this revision unless the contract speciically references an earlier version of the contract. Further, any Addendum No. 1, or contract using Addendum No. 1 terms, negotiated and signed from this date forward is assumed to incorporate the provisions set forth in this revision unless otherwise agreed by the contracting parties.
